Help on soldbuch entry please

Very interesting and many thanks for your knowledge on the entries. Forgive my ignorance but what is the connection to Flak Reg 26? This man was not flak so why is this flack entry in the field-hospital section??

At that time, Stab/Flak-Rgt. 26 (as Flakgruppe Bremen-Nord) controlled 3 Flak-Abteilungen with a total of 17 batteries deployed in the Lemwerder area just north of Bremen. Their mission was probably the protection of the plant and other military-industrial targets in that area. That would be roughly 3,000 to 3,500 men. So I am speculating that there was a small dispensary under the authority of the Regiment to treat for wounds and injuries associated with the heavy bombing the Bremen area endured during the war. He apparently used it while working at the Weser plant because he was a uniformed member of the Luftwaffe on work leave. Perhaps the plant was bombed that date and he was wounded. There is some scribbling related to that SB entry but I can't decipher it.

In Sept 44, the Luftwaffe finally conformed to the OKW directive to have security checks done on page 15 on the old style Soldbuch and page 11 of the new style Soldbuch (instead of having the quarterly Zeitstempel on page one). The heading was then crossed out. The security check in this case was done by the 26 Flak Rgt. on the date indicated.

The Flak unit (Rgt. 26) really had to do their job:

Lemwerder had two bomb attacks: 18 March and 8 Oct 1943 - both with heavy damages ( 52 victims dead in Oct 43) so tells the local histroy.
