    Newbie help with wehrpass id

    Hi everyone, i just bought a ww2 wehrpass but have no idea where to start to get information on this person and the story behind it. I can't even figure out his name to start . Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Use the "Search" function in upper right corner of page and type in something like "posting photos" or "how to post attachments". You should get results o' plenty.

    Looks like his name is Paul Friedrich and he served in the defense of the Belgian and French coasts.

      Thanks for the help. Wow , that only took a couple of minutes what has had me scratching my head since i got it. Thank you. Unfortunately , these are hand written and i don't know german.

        Is there any good sites to use for researching that aren't in german or a thread to help me decipher how to read this document ? Thanks again.
