Does Anyone Have A Sept 1st Wehrpass / Soldbuch?

Hi,
I'm currently reading the new book Blitzkreig Unleashed and it got me wondering if anyone here owns a WP or SB to a member of the Wehrmacht that was KIA/MIA on the very first day of the war? I have seen some early war WP/SB showing their owner was killed but it has always been in the Western Front campaign (none of the ones in my collection have an earlier recorded death then August 1941). I've never seen one for Poland, much less for the actual 1st day.

Thanks for those links - the 2nd Sept 1939 WP is the closest one so far.
In fact I think the earliest KIA WP I have is the one I recently bought from you Rob, for the soldier in IR80, killed just 8 weeks into Barbarossa.

I've been keeping an eye out for a 01.Sept.1939 KIA WP since I started collecting Soldbücher and Wehrpässe... So far I've yet to find one, but the search continues

That's one of the nicest examples of a early Barbarossa KIA WP I have owned... I hope you're enjoying it

You were certainly right about the quality of the picture in the WP, it is outstanding
