It would help to know what the Wehrpass is being purported to be. The entries do not look bad if this is being sold as a Pioneer Battalion Wehrpass. Is it a second issue? The first six entries on page 12, which include a span of ~16.5 months, appear to have been entered all at the same time.
@Paul I don´t think it was a second issue you can see on the last scan that he was dated 21.09.1940
But I don´t see red flags for me a original Wehrpass

I do not believe that that is dispositive regarding the question of whether the Wehrpass is a second issue or not. Even in a second issue, the entry that you are referring to could be dated back to when it was originally entered.
It is indeed a second issue. It is indicated by both the note left on page 47 and the red stamp on the top of page 1, "Zweitschrift." Some people consider them less valuable. Personally, I usually do not mind unless it is the type issued strictly as a memento for next-of-kin. I like to at least know that it followed the soldier around for some duration during his time in the service.
