Help needed with WP entry

Cruz de .....? Cross of ...? I read Rocho, not a Spanish word. Could be, and possibly wrong

May be a misspelling for Cruz de Rojo?

Spoken in spanish rojo sounds for a german like "rocho".

Or did they had some Red Cross awards for Germans in spain during civil war?

There is no doubt there is written "Cruz de Rocho" whatever decoration of a Spanish Cruz has been given to that guy.

Thank you Gentelmen. I appreciate the help. More than likely it is "Cruz roja del merito". I don't know what else it could be. It seems this clerk wasn't very well versed in Spanish. After this entry is "Medaille de Lkampagne" which I am assuming is meant to be "Medalla de la Campana". Not the strangest entries I have ever seen, but up there.
