Soldbuch Translation

I was wondering if anyone is able to read these hospitalisation wounds and translate them into English as I am having great difficulty in doing so......all I know is that the code 31B means a wound suffered due to either a handgrenade, mortar or artillery piece.

I also cannot get a thing out of all the lower pencilled stuff-- too light.

The top line says he enrolled as a blood donor in district Belgard-(page fold) on 11 January 1941.

Thanks for your help/offers to help. I will post some better pictures either tomorrow or the day after as I am trying to find away to enhance the pencil so it is readable.

If this might give you some help,- Page 12 listes hospital admissions, while page 13 shows hospital dicharges, the entries were read across the pages. The longest stay I can see is 12.2.43 to 5.9.44 totally 21.months!!! Its was by the numerical code (31b) a shrapnel wound. If its correct with 21.months I presume you will find awards given to him during this period cause of the wound, most likely in the two first weeks approx on page 20.
