Can somebody confirm for me, please is this tag original? I mean, unfortunetlly I haven't got pleasure to see many tags like this on the bottom (codes, codes, codes ..) so all, please, understand me

ps. Basically, I know already what means 53 553 (KG1). I just wanted to read opinion about same tag, only.
