Help with the meaning of 2 dog tag inscriptions

    Hi guys.
What do the letters in the following two dog tag codes stand for? I know what "Stamm Kp" is, but not the rest.

    Stamm B. S.A.E.u.A.A.(m)59

    N.E.A. 9 Stamm Kp.

    Thanks for any help
    JL
