    Hi Steve,

    as far as I know in Nov 1942 in Saslaw (Ukraine) was a POW-Camp (Stalag

    301 Z).

    Z = Zweiglager (branch).

    The Main Stalag 301 was in Kowel/Schepetowka.

      Legion Sammeln Lager Saslav was a training camp for volunteers to 162 Turkest. Inf.Div. ( Turkestaner Legion ).
