Documents in a Soldbuch

Can someone translate / I.D. these docs that were tucked in the back of a Panzer soldbuch? THANKS!

Hello Andrew.
I take it that you would like a translation on the three docs you showed:
left one: certificate testifying that the named is a member of Stabskompanie/schwere Pz.Abt. 511 which is presently stationed at Sennelager.
Note: Sennelager was a training and refitting facility for armoured troops in western Germany near Paderborn.
right one: a routing slip for new/transient personnel to check in and be processed by all relevant offices.
lower: request to issue footgear which fits.
tragic fate of a soldier who lost his life shortly before the war was over.

The request by the doctor (Oberarzt) to give the guy footgear which fits is dated 14 March 1945.

He died two days later: 16 March 1945...
