    FJ Dogtag found Fallsch.waf

    A friend of mine found these tags a very long time ago in our area.
    The Peel / maas linie ( Overloon / Weert / Someren / Beringe / Meijel / Venlo etc )
    In those days there where quit a few Fallschirmjäger in our area. the numbers would expect 10.000 in october / november 1944 ( meijel ).

    these tags where found In beringe near Meijel.
    one tags says : 217481
    270

    the other tag that has bin found in the same hole:

    Who can help me with those tags...

        217481 is Aufklärungs Kompanie / 3. Fallschirmjäger Division (Recce Coy of 3rd Airborne Division)

        The other tag should be from Fallschirm Waffenschule (later Fallschirmjäger-Regiment Menzel, later Fallschirmjäger Regiment 19)
