I think "Fla" is short for "Fliegerabwehr", so perhaps it was some sort of training for Gebirgs flak units.

I forget what "Stamm" is short for, but typically it's the reception company that handles the first couple of weeks of a soldier's training.

I found at first a Hochgebirgsschießschule für schwere Inf. Waffen, formed

7 Jan 1940.

16 Jan 1940 Renamed Gebirgsschießschule Salzburg/Austria

from 1 April 1941 in Hall/Tirol/Austria.

A Gebirgsschießschule is a school to train schooting in the mountains.

He had a Flak training in the mountains.
