Looks more like Wound Badge in Silver to me!

Matrosen Gefreiter Heinrich Becker, died 3.8.1942 in Main Dressing Station 2/200 Africa.

He is buried in El Alamein, Egypt.

Division units 200 belonged to the 21 Panzer Division.
