Very nice Thomas, i love the cover and the badge is just right for the 'Reintier division'. I wonder what his job was on the stab of GJR 136?

Is the cover just a flat sheet of leather, or does it have flaps for the soldbuch to fit into? (If it is anything other that a flat peice, could you snap a picture of it?)
