              I think it may be:

              Genesungskompanie (Feldkanone)/Ers.Abt. 13.

"FK" was also used for Fernkabel and Funk.

                  Hello

                  I don`t think so.

At my page, there are many abbreviations.

                  www.degrelle.de.vu ==> http://home.arcor.de/sturmbrigade/Ab...erzeichnis.htm

Feldkanone and Funk is not matching.

                  Best regards, Fronti

Sorry, but the Allied wartime and postwar dictionaries of Wehrmacht abbreviations that were compiled from millions of captured Wehrmacht documents give Feldkanone, Fernkabel and Funk for "FK". In gesamt, these dictionaries include tens of thousands of abbreviations. They are not "made up" - they are all from Wehrmacht documents. Your list only has etwas ein tausande Abkürzungen, so it does not include them all.

I am not saying that in this case "FK" means Feldkanone, just that it is possible.

                    Cheers,

                      Ahhhhh.

                      Now I understand.

                      (My bad, bad school english.....)

                      Best regards Fronti

Most of my abbreviations are from Wehrmacht sources and from the US C.I. Handbook Germany, Revised April 1945

The problem is, that germany in war haven`t got a standardized abbreviations list ! See the abbreviation for Kompanie (Company)
The germans used K., Ko., Kp., Kom., Komp.,

This is the problem of not standartisation.
The Kriegsmarine is the only part of Wehrmacht which got a sstandardized abbreviations list.

...but I will see, what I can do.

In germany we say: I will crack the nut ! (Fk.)

                      Best regards, Fronti

Now we agree, Fronti! 110%. Indeed, there was no standarization.

Those are all very good possibilities. I think Sergey needs to show us the Erkennungsmarke so we can have a look for ourselves.
