Well, your guy was reported to the recruiting station at Gleiwitz on 21.6.37. Was passed fit for active duty and assessed as Ersatzreserve I, which means untrained and under 35 years old. His first trainning unit was 2/J.Ers.Btl.372 and was sworn in on 15.3.42
