Award entries in Soldbuch...?

Can anyone please read these faintly looking entries? Most of the ink has gone but any input will be helpful.

I have some guess, in the second line i think is:
?-7- 42 Ostmedaille Winterschlacht im Osten.

The last award entry can be read, but i have no idea for his first award in the first line.

Hi Chris,

I see 2 awards here....Ostmedaille and EK II.....the top line is the following in abbreviation form:

Datum?....Art der Auszeichnung....Verleihungsurkunde

or

Date...type of award.....award citation.
