need help with erkennungsmarke

hello,
I just got my first erkennungsmarke and I just don't know what it all
means. can you see in what battalion he was?
second strange thing is that I noticed on the back that there were other signs that don't match with the front side.

The unit was bild on 26 8 1939 in Rathenow (Wehrkreiss III). With this number your tag should be from end 1939/1940.

Of course no because it was a tag for a remplacement unit, after the owner of this tag went to a field unit...
