    Soldbuch Made in England

    Hi,

I have this post-war Luftwaffe WP in my collection,
for an Obergefreiter of the Deutscher Arbeitszug (Luft) IV/3,
    438 ADDP.-Delmenhorst.
Printed by Printing and Stationery Service (BAOR) on March 1946. By Englih Forces I guess ? Funny, they kept the "10 Gebote" .
    Any variations ?
    Jean-Yves

        That is interesting Jean-Yves,

I have only ever seen one other and that had a large red "B" painted on the front...I presume for Berlin as that was where the guy was a PoW and used for "cleaning up" duties......

        Regards, Ian

Hi Jyn, I had never heard of the British Army of the Rhine (BAOR) reprinting Soldbuchs for POW's. Very interesting. Thanks for posting the scans.
          Cheers, Ade.

            Dear Adrian,

Thnak you for your identification. Please find enclosed some photos of an Army one.
This time it is just a leaflet : just 6 pages. The printing references are "777/PSS/1C/60 M/10-45". Those pages have been (not glued) put in a regular WWII SB' cover.
