Hello,
I always love to go throught Id's from Soldiers that have seen real action. (for example of the Luft soldbuch in this section)

I only just received this very nice set, and I'd like to share it with you. The dokuments are all very used, but thats no problem to me. Escpecially when you consider that they had to carry it with them all the time.

I hope you enjoy the photo's.

3 - Notice that his rank has been erased. Why??? I believe that has been witten Unbestatigd = unconfirmed. (its the same at the other page with his ranks)

4 These photo's were included. 1 badly damaged photo of a even more damaged village with villagers leaving it. The other photo's are a mystery. It are modern copys with recently added text, but also hand-written text added.

The original photo has been small. As you see there are names written on it,including the name of the owner of this soldbuch. (Horst Ruzka)
I'm trying to find out where the photo came from. Perhaps the relatives kept ithe original

6 - it looks like he lost most of his equipment, including his gasmask. " durch Feindeinwirkung verloren"

Last one - more interesting equipment. These must have been still in very nice condition at the end of the war.. I wonder what happend to them...
