Waffen SS Soldbuch Question
I have in my collection a Soldbuch to an SS Unterscharfuhrer who was in the pre war SS-VT unit Germania.His soldbuch is the army type eagle on brown cover,however it has a variation I have not encountered before that is 'Waffen= SS'(SS in runic style)stamped on the cover between the bottom of the eagle's wreath and the word Soldbuch. Wording larger than that I have encountered on the front of SS Wehrpasses. Has anyone out there seen anything similar. I can mail scans if required.
