Wehrpass entries

On page 17...unit postings.....of a WW2 German Wehrpass, in the Stammrollen/Rangliften column on the right,i have 2 codes.They are 3C31 and R28.
Any clues as to what these mean? Cant find them in any reference i have. Alan
