    Feldpost Number Help!

I am at the Show of Shows until Sunday without my Feldpost number registry. I bought a cool M-40 single decal helmet, which is named to "Kraftfahrer Knarren" and has the Feldpost number 35829 in the liner. Thanks! Barry

You mean with Sid Caesar, Imogene Coco, Carl Reiner and Howard Morris? I thought that went off the air about 1957. (But you may not be old enough to remember it..........).

Seriously, there's a fellow by the name of Erich (last name withheld) from Grant's Pass, Oregon, who has been writing a book on the Sturmgruppen for several years now, and who has assembled a great deal of information on them. If you would like to be put in touch with him, let me know. I'm sure you know and have contacted Eric Mombeek and Jochen Prien who have expertise in the subject.
