The Flak badge was introduced on 10 Jan 1941, but it was not announced until Feb 15, 1941. It was retroactive, so a bunch of guys must have all of a sudden gotten the badge.
Can you please check your Wehrpass and Soldbucher and award docs for award dates? The EARLIEST I have seen is July 1941, and I have found quite a few of those. Does anyone have earlier?
