Silly Amateur SB question

Hi,
I'm not an expert on items not being dog tags but just recently got an offer of buying a SB lot from estate of Major of Artillerie ( very good condition, all pages, entries like EKI,II, Sturmabz, Verw Schwarz, Silber), uniform photo + a pair of matching Hauptman Shoulderboards + one board of Major of Art + matching peaked cap ( several moth holes on piping).
Now the silly question - wat's a fair price to pay?

To give you an idea, the prices for these items are: cap 400-500 Euros, SB in good condition for an officer 150-200, 3 shoulderboards 75-100. Of course as lower the price will be better.
