Wehrpas Questions....?

Hi Guys,
Some questions about this Wehrpas, since paper items are not my thing.
Please bear with me, there are 13 pics. Not many entries on Hans Kaiser. Was he Polizei for the Soligen factory? Other papers include being screened by the C.I.C., with permission to go home. This being a non military like Heer, Luft, Kreigs or SS, how collectable is this? Posting here before I put it on estand.
So any help at all would of great help, for both me and the buyer, if someone would be interested in this. Thanks for any help.

All the Solingen references are just where he was registered, in the Koln (Cologne) area.
