Merdock, could you please provide scans of page 3 and 4. Those are the unit assignments pages. Also, the book, "Papers Please" is a handy reference too.
A helpful link for translation.

Intially what I see:
It is a replacement issue from 26 May 1943 and was issued by 1 Staffel, Stuka Geschwader 2 "Immelman". Page 1 indicates that he is Fliegendes Personal - Flying Personnel.
Page 2 appears to be signed by Hauptmann Hans-Ulrich Rudel, the highest German decorated soldier of WWII.
He was hospitalised with 3 - tonsilitis, 28 - ear problems.
He appears to have been issued flight gear and there is an entry from LN Schule 3 - Luftnachrichten Schule 3 - Air Signals School 3, so that could make him a Bordfunker/Sch******252;tzen - Radio opererator/Air Gunner.
The medical page inserted between page 16 and 17 put him as being temporarily unit as combat pilot 7.4.1941 but found fit as a pilot 5.6.1941!
Again confirmation as aircrew with being entitled to flying pay on page 19.
There is the following Feldpost number on the leave page:
FP Nr. L 42675
I. Gruppe Sturzkampfgeschwader2,
11.12.1943 I. Gruppe Schlacht-Geschwader 2.
Here are a few of his awards.......
Unteroffizier Ambros Wunderlich, Fliegersch******252;tze
Ehrenpokal 20.03.44
Feldwebel Ambros Wunderlich, Schlacht-Geschwader
Deutsches Kreuz in Gold 01.10.44
Page 14 confirms the award/receipt of the "Geschwader Immelmann" cuff title.
Below extract from the Ehreliste showing awards of the Ehrenpokal 20.03.1944.

Hi Thanks for the info looks like i got somthing better than i bargined for paid very little for it.
Pages 3 and 4 are missing what info would have been on those pages?
if possible and it's not asking too much could i have a page by page breakdown.
Does any body know any more about this man i.e was he a pilot or a rear gunner in a stuka .
Does the inclution of Rudels signiture make it a more interesting book to all it ccertinly does to me ,in fact to fall on a german cross /Erenpokal winning aircrew member signed by Rudel makes me feel like i,ve won the lottery.
If any bigger single page scans are required please let me know.
Thanks Merdock

Ian, good catch on page 3 and 4 missing. Thanks.
Merdock, page 3 certify's corrections made to pages 1 and 2. Page 4 can be broken down by the following in Heer Soldbuchs. Unlike Heer SB's Luftwaffe SB's do not have a Block D on page 4.
-Block A: military recruiting or reporting station.
-Block B: replacement and training units assigned.
-Block C: field units.
-Block D: training assignments.

Block A: military recruiting or reporting station.
Block B: replacement and training units assigned.
Block C: field units.
Block D: current replacement unit for field unit. Does not necessarily mean that he served with that unit! If he did it should be shown in block B.....however it is not always correct!!!
However Luftwaffe were:
Block A: military recruiting or reporting station.
Block B: unit or station assigned.
Block C: current replacement unit for field unit.
