KZ wehrpass

Hello,

I'm new to this collecting area. Normally I collect other TR stuff.

Last week, I bought the auschwitz wehrpass from e-stand.
It is a remarkable piece of history.
It would be interesting to own different pieces of KZ wehrpasses, because this is a part of history we may never forget and preserve for the generations behind us.

So, I searched the web, and I found a wehrpass for sale for an SS-Sturmmann d.Res.
First he was enlisted with 1./4.SS-Totenkopf-Standarte "Ostmark", then with 3./SS-Ers.Btl. "Nord" and afterwards 7./SS-Totenkopfsturmbann Sachsenhausen.

Does this "7./SS-Totenkopfsturmbann Sachsenhausen" means that he was a camp gaurd?


Maybe a dumb question, but I'm new in this area, so all help would be welcome.

Hello Nico,

It indeed means that he was with the KZ-guards.

If you want to collect KZ-guards Sb and WP my advice is do you research!!! Because you are gone invest a big amount of money in something you don't exactly know. Remeber that, except from the Sachsenhausen ones they are very rare and in my opinion over priced.
And know that if you buy a dodgy SB or WP it is gone be money lost forever!
