Bit off-topic but using opportunity that we have Estonian members here - I would like to ask if anybody knows what is the tag shown below.
I have seen 2 of these both having EST on the bottom, but differing with the remaining text/figures. I tought this might be some kind of Estonian pre-war tag but haven't found any confirmation.
Any help appreciated.
