    HELP on Unit designation in Heere Training Manual

    Hi ,
    I need help on a unit designation in a Heere Training manual and I think you are the right guys to go to. The name is Leutnant Otto Meyer ,1939. Also, if he lived what would his rank be closest to by wars end ? Just a guess. thanks in advance,
