I do not know anything about the units, however are these written in a Soldbluch or Wehrpaß?

Reifen is a tyre, so a Reichs tyre camp/depot!?!?!?

Never heard of one!

Not Reisen?

It's written in a Soldbuch.

Reichreifenlager....first time I heard of one in Riga, but there was one that was actaully in the Seccession Museum in Wien in 1945. The Germans burnt it before the Russians arrived.
