i am now going over to hj items and would like to know ? would this boy have been in the hj ,very late dates and alpha bet in russian,and inside cover look to be russian writing, his date of birth is 15 11 28,so about 17 in 45,the uniform looks heer.and he has a wather pistol any help here thanks

neat-last ditch minimal entry kind of book. I can't read the russian, but at his age he almost certainly was in the HJ-even though it's not noted in the book. I don't have Tessian uploaded in the laptop, but I'd bet the Art. Abt. # is some sort of kampfgruppe in Prussia.
The last page looks like military time notes and locations.

The last page is a hand written (with pencil) timetable and gives the daparture time of trains (6.56 o'clock daily or 7.22 o' clock daily ) from Pieschen direction Pirna, Döbeln - all towns near Dresden.
That boy was with the Staabsbattr./Festungs Stamm. Art. Abt.3148 and you can also read Dresden (residence of the parents) on page 4.

I also have one very late-war SB to a kid born in December 1927. A logical assumption leads to the fact that he was a HJ member also. Good thing this thread was started, now I see that there are others that share this belief.
