It is civilian but came und police authority, I believe?
Basically an air raid wardens pass, showing ranks, awards, personal details, positions held and actions/enemy air raids he took part in.

Yes pretty much what you would expect to find in a soldiers soldbuch, a lot of entries mirror each other between the two, Nice example you have there. Regards PaulComment

Neat book and answers one of the questions I always had about the Luftschutz members-what sort of KVK did they earn? This guy got a KVKx during an air raid. He saw a lot of air raid time too.
He also had the SA sports badge. it seems he was released in late 1944 to enter the Police reserve-at least that's what i think it says.Comment
