Hi Terry,
the Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 41 was raised in Frankfurt/Oder in April 1939. It was renamed Flieger-Regiment 41 in 1942 and, like most of those regiments, was used to form the Luftwaffe-Feld-Divisionen.
