Edelweiss Stamp in Soldbuch

Hello,

does anyone recognize the stamp on the first page of this Gebirgsjäger's Soldbuch. What I can make out is

"Dresdener....Stubaital". (Stubaital is a ski resort area).

I think it has something to do with the Deutsche Alpenverein (DAV), but why is it in a Soldbuch?

You're right about the DAV, the characters can be found in the middle. The inscription of the stamp, I can't really read them on this picture.
My guess: He was a member and had this stamp put in his Soldbuch.
Don't know if this is contrary regulations, think so though.
