I need some information about the ERSATZ units of the following LINE units ca. 1940:

Feldgendarmerie Trupp 54

Infanterie Regiment 172

Infanterie Regiment Grossdeutschland

Also what was the ERSATZ unit for Propagandakompanie 637 in 1940?

Any idea?

Feldgendarmerie Trupp 54 - Not sure, more than likely Feldgendarmerie Ersatz Abteilung 1 in Perleburg, 2 in Stuttgart or 3 in Stralsund. Depending if the person was Felgendarmerie or not...if he was a driver or Verkehrs Regelungs he would have a Kraftfahr Ersatz Bataillon or Panzer J******228;ger Ersatz Abteilung!!!

Infanterie Regiment Grossdeutschland - Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon (mot) 99 in Neurrupin, renamed 16.12.1940 Ersatz Bataillon, Infanterie Regiment Gro******223;deutschland.

Propagandakompanie 637 - Propaganda Ersatz Kompanie in Potsdam, 1.7.1940 Propaganda Ersatz Abteilung
