        Hi Lynton,

Two and three are the same leave Gen. Urlaub - Genesungsurlaub - convalescance leave.

Not sure about number one at the moment.

              Hello:
              Ian was quite close:
The first entry is "Erntehilfe" or harvest assistance leave. This special leave was granted mainly in the first years of the war to armed forces members who were from agricultural families and were thus enabled to help in bringing the harvests in.

Erntehilfe was granted to the Ersatzheer but not too front line troops.

                  Many thanks for you help.
Both of these seem to fit in for this Soldier as he was wounded and then in Ezsatz units whilst he recovered so wasn't in a frontline unit at the time of this leave.
                  Cheers,lynton.
