Help with LW FP number on a gasmask tin

Hi all,

just got this nice camo gasmask tin on todays fleamarket. It is marked with a fieldpostnumber on the tin and the mask. On the mask there is also a tag with a number 13 and a name which is a little bit hard to make out.

The FP number reads: L 14528

I would be very interested which unit belonged to that number.
