    Spot the Different? This is hard!!!!

    Here we go...two Kriegsmarine Soldb******252;cher but who can tell me what the differences are?

          Maybe it was a difficult questions

          One of them does not crop up as much as the other, however I wonder why they are different?

          Both were printed by Metten & Co, Berlin SW 61 which is the printer for most Soldbücher you see.

              The eagle's heads are facing different directions!!!

              The double boarder is tighter (smaller) on the book on the right

                This will always happen if you place two eagles next to each other.
                It is the mating season!
                They are just checking things out...
                Take away one Soldbuch and the eagle will turn his head in the normal direction.

                        The shape of the bottom most horizontal feather is different too- the one on the right is more triangular. They're longer on the one on the left too. The beak is more rounded on the one on the right too- they're definitely not the same eagle...
