Yep,
It's a fantasy product made some 10-15 years ago or so in Germany. There are versions from differnt camps and Arbeits Kommandos. Jean Hoidal shows these in his books as genuine items (Laundry tokens).Unfortunately I'm affraid he is not fully right.
Some of them have a kind of poor man's RZM marking on reverse what makes them even worse.
