      Does the seller offer any proof of its authenticity? It's a rare SS unit so that's always something to be wary of. I don't immediately see anything that screams 'fake', but then for stuff like this I consider it necessary to have evidence that it's definitely real as opposed to just a lack of anything to say it's not.

          Here's a disc I have listed as a fake (there was no Panzer-Regiment 17, and even if there were, there's no Kompanie, or Abteilung listed and the serial number is ridiculously high) that has suspiciously similar lettering:

                hi ,i posted this a while back,but the sellers just got back to me and offered it for £80 he has no provenance with it ,is there any other angled pics that i should ask him for,or is it more than likely a fake rgds dave

                  A straight-on shot, not on an angle, would be best. It still looks to me like it's just like that Panzer fake, but it'd be necessary to have a clear straight-on photo to compare them properly.
