    Yes, it's artillery observator's tag.
    Looks ok. Fonts are the same as for Stamm, 2nd and 3rd batterie of this unit. Actually this is the only batterie of this unit I don't have. If it's yours maybe you would accept some other ( and probably more interesting unit)? I collect all 7 Inf.Div. tags and also WK VII numbered ersatz units.
