        As in Albert Speer- the same way the Organization Todt was named after Fritz Todt.

          Oh and I've no idea what it might be worth- I've never seen one for sale before, it's in poor condition and the organization is one that would probably only appeal to a general or specialist collector. I, myself, wouldn't pay anything for it because it's not something I have any interest in, but those who like eastern units/ organizations might consider it valuable.

            Albert Speer at the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials.





            The Baustab Speer was foundet at the beginning of the war for important war functions.
            Their first job under the pseudonym "Sofortprogramm Ostbau" was given from the Reichsbahn.

            They have to adapt the wide russian railroad track width to the smaler german track width. In december 1941 the first 10000 man have to do this job.

            In april of 1942 the Baustab Speer was renamed to Nachschubstab Russland-Süd and in july it was transferred into the OT (Organisation Todt)


            The dogtag is very rare. I think 100 $ is a little bit to much. I think 70 bucks are o.K.
