Damn. The fakers are making Ersatz unit discs now... that sucks. It's a fake- the lettering is quite recognizable. Stamm Kp. stands for Stammkompanie- 'cadre company'- a permanent element of the training unit. Pi. Ers. Btl. is Pionier-Ersatz-Bataillon or Combat Engineer Replacement Battalion.
