Wehrpass Entry Help

I have recently received this Wehrpass. It is for a man who joined 5./Fallsch.Jag.Rgt.9 in 1944 from another unit.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the awards entry? I am familiar with the Luft Ground Combat and Black wound badges but am unsure of the third entry?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I am not sure it is possible. I got one when I met several veterans, many years ago. Each had one.

Your Wehrpass is very interesting. I have never heard such attribution. But perhaps some one, has ?
