As said before any and all info on the soldbuch or the units this guy was in is very wellcome, since I mainly collect medals I don't know much about German paperwork. I hope the real experts can tell me more?

This appears to be a Sammlerausfertigung or collectors copy! Thats how they are being sold on ebay and places at least!
