That is interesting. Had a look through my WP's and found that those corrected on the same page do have the smaller Wehrmedlamt stamp as shown by Lynton.

Dave, the use of a larger stamping to make a similar correction outstide the smaller one is a variation I have not seen before. Not suprising though as all manner of varations are found. To include some that were corrected with no stamp at all.

I would agree with past comments looks fine, obviously the fake citation was added to "pimp" a little more money out of the prospective buyer....hopefully that was not you.
