Your Wehrpass shows it as a Kompanie. Use this site and look at the other entries above the 1337 Pz Jag Kompanie...you will need to do a lot of searching, but might find it listed as a company within one of the above entry abteilungs.

Based on the usual numbering convention and the photo showing a fieldgrey wrapper i'd guess this was the stug or hetzer equipped kompanie of panzerjäger abteilung 337 of the 337 volks grenadier division
