ID of doc found in Wehrpass required

I'm posting this on behalf of Findis.

This one paged document was found inside the cover of a Heer Wehrpass. Can anyone tell what this document is for?

Any help with the translation will be appreciated.

    Thanks

Very interesting document. This is a notice telling the soldier on furlough in Berlin how he should act and where he is not to go.

To a few of the points, the soldier has to have all his awards earned about 1938 entered into his Soldbuch, he is not allowed to change is Urluabschein without the signature and stamp of his unit.

He may not wear his collar open, have is undershirt of sweater showing, may not carry his gloves in his hand, ect.

He may not smoke on the street infront of the Reichskanzlei. He may not enter the area marked on the back (a red light district in Berlin at the time). If he lives there, he must have written permission to enter the area.

(Every big city in German and France had these types of instructions printed for soldiers going there on Furlough.)

          Hope this helps.

              Hello David:

I would not say that such Merkblaetter are so rare, but they are nice to have.
