              from wich 14 from named divisions and named regiments
              Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler, Das Reich, Der F******252;hrer, Theodor Eicke, Westland, Michael Gaissmair, Hitlerjugend (2x), Reichsf******252;hrer-SS (2x), G******246;tz von Berlichingen (2x), Langemarck and 30 Januar.

                    As Wehrersatzdienstelle is mentioned SS-Ers.Kdo "Flandern". Fieldunit is the Stab from the Sturmbrigade RF-SS (Fieldpostnumber is from the SS-hospital in Berlin)
